RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
merchandise comes with the original factory warranty. Please read the
manufacturer’s warranty and keep your receipt. For warranty claims, please
contact the manufacturer’s customer service immediately. Once a product has
been opened, the manufacturer's warranty is in effect and NO returns or
exchanges will be accepted.
Merchandise that is new and in original factory sealed box, may be returned
within 14 days for refund. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Shipping, handling, and insurance are non-refundable. All returns must have an RMA

Exchanges may be made within 14 days only if the product has not been used and
is in the original factory carton. If after receiving a product and
determining it will not meet your needs, you may exchange the item for another
item we stock. We will give you full credit towards the purchase of
another item less 20% restocking fee. The shipping charges will not be refunded, and you will be
responsible for shipping charges of the new item. Be sure all parts and
instructions are in the box or you may be charged for missing parts.
CANCELING YOUR ORDER:
You may cancel your order, for any reason, and receive a full refund provided
that your order has not shipped. If the merchandise has already
shipped, please see our return policy that is stated above.
